Telehealth Visit
Sometimes called telemedicine, lets your health care provider care for you without an in-person office visit. Telehealth is online with internet access on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. We will treat a variety of health concerns online, but if your condition warrants, you may be asked to come in for an office visit. We do not conduct telehealth visits for controlled substances and hormone therapy refills.
Attention New Patients: Before your first appointment can be confirmed, we are required to verify your insurance to ensure we are able to accept your coverage.After submitting your appointment request, please expect a call from our team. It is important that you answer this call, as we will need your insurance information to confirm your visit.
Please note: If we are unable to reach you, your appointment request will be automatically cancelled. To reschedule, please call us directly at our clinic, 720-241-3765, with your insurance information and we will be happy to get you scheduled.
